Toby Sciacca:
I began work in a country legal office in Ingham Far North Queensland in 1965. I completed my Uni studies externally and was admitted as a Lawyer in 1971. I bought my legal business in 1973 and have concentrated on residential property conveyancing.
In 2002 I commenced The Conveyance Shop as exclusively residential conveyancing.

Greta is a File Manager generally acting for Buyers. She manages her own files through to settlement and has been with The Conveyance Shop since 2008.

Sue Zylmans:
After we enter the Contract details in our system, Sue then attends to correspondence to our clients, she contacts clients on relevant matters. She attends to searches once the Contract becomes unconditional and prepares the Transfer documents then she hands the file to the File Manager for preparation before settlement and has been with The Conveyance Shop since 2003.

Rhonda Sciacca:
Rhonda acts as Receptionist. She gives quotes and enters Contracts into the system and contacts clients to verify details to ensure entry into our system is correct. She manages the mail and attends to marketing material and general office administration.
